Sanborn Residence
This residence is composed of a warm pallet, mixed with wood accents, a colonnade porch to give a sense of order and fortification, and undulating second floor masses, balconies and roofs. The composition gives a nod to the traditional hampton style within the area while introducing modern forms and materials.
